| Don`t know if this is the best place to float this idea, but, here goes. I would love to hear a collab between Wizard Radio (on vocal) and one of our premier guitarists (Kloppenburg. Andy Pf, Swartz or ?) on my favorite ACDC song, "Night Prowler." Wizard`s vocal is not far off from Bon Scot`s and with, say, Andreas K.`s guitar...

| Am I alone in having noticed a drop in plays since the new feature (where you can choose a song to listen to) came in? Fair enough if my stuff is crap & no one wants to listen to it but I thought the randomness of before worked well. I`ve actually turned off the pop up so I`m forced to listen to whatever appears in rotation.

  | I have noticed this too however it`s likely that we are now getting better quality plays rather than people just listening for the minimum time and then skipping. There was A LOT of that going on!
Number of plays is really a bit meaningless if you are not getting engagement and building your fan base. |

| Yeah. Plays reduced logically with the change to 1 minute but since the new feature appeared I`m definitely getting fewer plays. I try to limit active songs to about 4 as otherwise listens are spread too thin. |

| Hey John.. I think a minute is to long... I can`t keep up so I started deleting my songs, I think i`ve deleted 1/2 of them... but you can see that instead of more and more people adding songs it keeps dropping cuz people can`t keep up. I was thinking 45 seconds would better. thanks

| Let`s see how it goes for a while.
As we grow there are more people joining so we are getting more people listening to our music.
If I reduce the time it takes to get credits it just means more people listen for the minimum time just to get credits rather than actually enjoying the song and maybe leaving a comment, etc. which is ultimately what we all want really.
I have the same issue but I am happy to just have a handful of my songs in rotation at any one time and then rotate through them over a month or so.
That way it stays fresh for people. | |

| The chat room is a place to chat. And if you are chatting to someone and they express an interest in hearing your track - OK put up a link. But just coming and posting your links to songs and saying "check this out" is spam imo and it puts me off from chatting in the chat room. We all want to promote our music and that is what Juxta John set this site up for, but ramming your music down my throat is NOT going to make me listen to it.
